Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº ¿îµ¿½É»ó ÈÆ·ÃÀÌ ½ÉÆó ±â´É¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â È¿°ú¸¦ È®ÀÎÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: º» ¿¬±¸´Â 20´ë ¼ºÀÎ ³²¼º 26¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. Âü°¡ÀÚ´Â °¢°¢ 13¸íÀÇ Âü°¡ÀÚ¸¦ °í·ÁÇÏ¿© ¿îµ¿½É»ó ÈÆ·Ã ±º°ú ´ëÁ¶±ºÀ¸·Î ¹«ÀÛÀ§·Î ÇÒ´çµÇ¾ú´Ù. °á°ú: ÃÖ´ë »ê¼Ò ¼·Ãë·®Àº °¢ ±ºÀÇ ÀüÈÄ ºñ±³¿Í °¢ ±º °£ÀÇ ºñ±³¿¡¼­ À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷À̸¦ º¸¿´´Ù. ¿îµ¿½É»ó ÈƷñºÀº ´ëÁ¶±º¿¡ ºñÇØ ¿îµ¿½Ã°£¿¡ À¯ÀÇÇÑ º¯È­°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ȸº¹ ½É¹Ú¼ö¿¡´Â À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: º» ¿¬±¸¿¡¼­´Â ¿îµ¿½É»ó ÈƷñº¿¡¼­ ÃÖ´ë»ê¼Ò¼·Ãë·® ¹× ¿îµ¿ ½Ã°£À» °³¼±ÇÏÁö¸¸ ȸº¹ ½É¹Ú¼ö¿¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡Áö ¾Ê´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ ¿îµ¿½É»ó ÈÆ·ÃÀº ½ÉÆó ±â´É °­È­¸¦ À§ÇÑ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À¸·Î °í·ÁÇÒ °¡Ä¡°¡ ÀÖ´Ù.

Background/Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze motor image training(MIT) on cardiopulmonary function.
Methods/Statistical analysis: This study was conducted on 26 adult males in their 20s. Participants were randomly assigned into MIT group and Control group, each considering of 13 participants. They were conducted cardiopulmonary stress testing on treadmill and examined VO2max, exercise time and recovery heart rate. MIT group applied Motor image training five times a week. This study conducted paired T-Test and independent T-Test to identify the changes within the group. Findings: VO2max showed a significant difference between before and after comparison for each group and the comparison for each group.
There was a clear change in the MIT group compared to the control group in exercise time. No significant changes were observed in the recovery heart rate.

Improvements/Applications: The study showed that MIT improve Vo2max and Exercise time but have no effect on Recovery heart rate. Thus MIT deserves consideration as a program for strengthening cardiopulmonary functions.
